4.9 Any and all complaints or claims of the Customers relating to or in connection with provision of the Valet Services will be the sole responsibility of the Operator.4.10 It shall provide, on a monthly basis, 12 (twelve) of its own paid Full Time Attendants and 4 (four) Full Time Supervisors at the Sites, who will interact with the Customers and non-Customers in a polite and courteous manner corresponding to and complying with the standards of a five-star hotel, and such attendants will comply at all times with all the rules and regulations of the Hotel. Wearing any clothes other than the provided uniform will not be permitted.4.11 The number of attendants shall be increased during peak seasons and/or during special events if required, which shall be agreed upon between the Parties in advance of any such implementation. The Hotel shall make every effort to give 48 (forty-eight) hours' prior notice to the Operator for the supply of extra attendants as and when required. Extra attendants should work for as long as may be required with a minimum of 4 (four) hours of duty per occurrence.
