Perform personnel management and administrative activities, including recruiting, selection, job assignment/ counselling, training, performance appraisal and compensation review , Contributes to the sales and services function by providing oversight to the unite managers through the review of sales trends, undertaking variance analysis/ and the monitoring of key quality and production reposts. Maintain professional and community relations in an efforts to increase the Bank's visibility and new business opportunities and to further personal development. Represents the bank Division through rotating participation in various key management committees.
