تكون مدة مجلس الإدارة أربع (4) سنوات، وتنتهي عضوية العضو عند وفاته أو استقالته أو إقالته من مجلس الإدارة بقرار هيئة عامة غير عادي للمساهمين حسب ما هو محدد في النظام الداخلي، وعند وفاة أو استقالة أو إقالة العضو، يتوجب على مجلس الإدارة تعيين أو انتخاب خلفه إلى حين اجتماع الهيئة العامة القادمة والذي يتطلب في إعادة تعيين أو انتخاب العضو الجديد.
