يقر افراد الطرف الاول بأن الوحدة المباعة موضوع هذا العقد خالية من كافة الحقوق العينية سواء كانت اصلية او تبعية وعلى الأخص الرهن - الاختصاص - الانتفاع- الارتفاق. ولم يترتب عليها أي حق شخصي للغير في ملكية الوحدة المباعة

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
