بإصدار اللائحة المالية لجامعة البحرين

وزير التربية والتعليم رئيس مجلس أمناء جامعة البحرين،
بعد الاطلاع على المرسوم بقانون رقم (12) لسنة 1986 بإنشاء وتنظيم جامعة البحرين المعدل بالمرسوم بقانون رقم (18) لسنة 1999،
وعلى قرار رئيس مجلس الوزراء رقم (20) لسنة 2015 بإصدار الإطار النموذجي للوائح المالية للجهات الحكومية ذات الميزانيات المستقلة والملحقة،
وعلى القرار رقم (55) لسنة 2001 بشأن اللائحة المالية لجامعة البحرين.
وعلى قرار مجلس الأمناء بجلسته المنعقدة بتاريخ ..... من شهر .... 2016 بإقرار اللائحة المالية المرفقة،
وبناء على اقتراح مجلس الجامعة وعرض رئيس الجامعة،

قرر الآتي:
المادة الأولى
يُعمل بأحكام اللائحة المالية لجامعة البحرين المرافقة لهذا القرار.
المادة الثانية
يصدر رئيس الجامعة القرارات والتعليمات اللازمة لتنفيذ اللائحة المالية المرافقة لهذا القرار، بما لا يتعارض مع أحكامها.
المادة الثالثة
يُلغى القرار رقم (55) لسنة 2001 بشأن اللائحة المالية لجامعة البحرين، كما يُلغى كل حكم يتعارض مع أحكام اللائحة المالية المرافقة لهذا القرار.




المادة الرابعة
على رئيس الجامعة وكافة المعنيين تنفيذ أحكام هذا القرار واللائحة المالية المرافقة له، ويُنشر القرار واللائحة المالية المرافقة له في الجريدة الرسمية، ويُعمل بهما من اليوم التالي لتاريخ النشر.

Article III repealed resolution No. (55) for the year 2001 on the financial Regulations of the University of Bahrain, as well as any provision contrary to the provisions of the financial Regulations accompanying this decision.
