Findings :-
- Mild osteoarthritic changes of the left knee joint . evidenced by relative narrowing of the joint spaces, minimal marginal osteophytic lipping of the articular surfaces and denudation of the articular
- The ACL appears relatively thickened , has fuzzy outlines and shows intra-substance high signal , with no interruption of its attachments .
- The posterior horn of the medial meniscus shows intra-substance high signal not extending to its menisco-capsular intra-substance high signal attachment or articular surfaces .
- Preserved PCL, both collateral and patellar retinacular ligaments, as well as the quadriceps and patellar tendons
- Intact lateral , meniscus, with no evidence of its tears or degeneration
- Normal marrow signal pattern of the examined bones
- Normal appearance of the examined peri-articular muscle groups
- Minimal amount of intra-articular synovial effusion is noted , associated with small distended medial popliteal fossa bursa .
Opinion :-
- Mild left knee osteoarthritis
- Degenerated ACL
- Grade I degeneration of the posterior horn of the medial meniscus
- Minimal knee joint effusion
- Small distended medial popliteal fossa bursa
