يتم الإرسال إما بتسليم الدعوة باليد أو إرسالها بالبريد السريع أ, البريد المسجل قبل خمسة عشر يوماً على الأقل من تاريخ المحدد للاجتماع وذلك إلى عناوين المساهمين الواردة في سجل الأسهم.

Dispatch is either hand-deliver the call or send a rapid mail, registered mail before fifteen days prior to the date fixed for the meeting and to the shareholders' addresses contained in the register of shares.
