يتناول البحث دراسة تجريم غسل الأموال الحرام وجهود المملكة الاردنية لمكافحتها ،حيث يعتبر من الاجرام المتفشي في معظم الدول، ومن أعْقَد الظواهر ، ليس من حيث مدى انتشاره الواسع - الذي يجعلها شوكة في خاصرة كل الدول المتقدمة منها والمتأخرة– فحسب، بل وأيضا من حيث صعوبةُ بلورا وتحديدها، وطرق علاجها والقضاء عليها.
لهذا جاءات هذه الدراسة لتهدف ألى التعرف على الأموال الحرام وكيفيه غسلها ، وبيان الاساس النظامي لها، والجهود التي بذلتها المملكة الاردنية في مجال مكافحتها على الصعيد الدولي و الاقليمي.
، وفي سبل توضيح هذه الاهداف قسمت الدراسة ألى مبحثين يناقش الاول منها مفهوم جريمة غسل الأموال الحرام وذلك من خلال بيان أركانها الأساسية ، ويناقش الثاني جهود المملكة الاردنية لمكافحة غسل الأموال الحرام على المستوى الداخلي و الدولي ، واختتمت الدراسة بأهم النتائج و التوصيات والفهارس العامة و المصادر و المراجع .
