العبء الدراسي:یكون التسجيل في المقررات الدراسية ضمــن ضوابط الخطة والجــداول الدراسية.الحد الأدنى من العبء الدراسي ( 12 ) وحدة دراسية، والحدالأعلى( 20 ) وحدة دراسية، ویرتبطالعبء الدراسي للطالب بمعدله التراكمي علي ألایقل عن الحد الأدنى وفقا للاتي:( 14-12 ) وحدة دراسة اذا كان المعدل التراكمي أقل من ( 2.00 ).( 14-16 ) وحدة دراسية اذا كان المعدل التراكمي ( 2.00 – 2.74).(16-18 ) وحدة دراسة اذا كان المعدل التراكمي ( 2.75 - 3.74 ).(18-20) وحدة دراسية اذا كان المعدل التراكمي ( 3.75 ) فأكثر. وبشرط ألا یكونھناك تعارض في جدول الطالبدرجة الأعمال الفصلیة:الدرجة الممنوحة للأعمال الفصلية التي تبین تحصيل الطالب.خلال الفصل الدراسيالأختبار النھائي:.اختبار في المقرر یعقد مرة واحدة في نھایة الفصل الدراسيالدرجة النھائیة:مجموع درجات الاعمال الفصلیة مضافا إلیھادرجة الأختبار النھائي لكل مقرر وتحسب الدرجة من مائة درجة.التقدير: وصف للنسب المئوية أو الرمز الأبجدي للدرجة النھائیة التي حصل علیھا الطالب في أي مقرر.التقدیرغیر المكتمل: تقدیر یرصد مؤقتا لكل مقرر یتعذر علي الطالب استكمال متطلباته فى الموعد المحدد، ویرمز له (IC) في السجل الأكاديمي بالحرف (ل).التقدير المستمر: تقدیر یرصد مؤقتا لكل مقرر تقتضي طبيعة دراسته أكثر من فصل دراسي لاستكماله ویرمز له (IP) بالرمز (م).
