Probation Period:
2.1 The probation period is for three months, during which the services may be terminated by EMPLOYER without any notice. If the EMPLOYEE terminates this agreement during the probation period, he/she shall be liable to pay to the EMPLOYER all the charges incurred for his/her recruitment such as Visa, health care, medical fitness, professional license, recruitment agency fees (if any) or any other expenses privileges or allowance.
