الميزانية هي عبارة عن تدقيق ما قامت به الاقسام على سبيل المثال الرواتب ، كل موظف على راس عمله وجمع جميع المعلومات طوال السنه من ناحيه الرواتب وذلك عن طريق نظام خاص بالموظف بسبب اخراج تكلفه الرواتب لجميع الموظفين ,بعد موافقه دائره الماليه .وتشكيل لجنة لمخاطبة جميع مراكز الدائره لعمل الموازنة ويقوم بالتدقيق عليه من قبل مستشار قسم المحاسبة , بعد عمل الميزانية تذهب المدير العام لكي يناقش جميع المراكز عن الميزانية وبعد موافقه منه استرجاعه الى قسم المحاسبة ويتم جمعها ووضعها في ملف خاص بالميزانية
