مؤتمر عمان الثاني للرعاية الصحية للسجناء مارس 2014 م

وجهت دعوة من قبل اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر عبر مكتب بعثتها المتواجدة في اليمن- صنعاء لحضور المؤتمر الثاني الخاص بالرعاية الصحية للسجون والمنعقد بعمان الأردن بتاريخ 20مارس 2014م والذي حضرناه من ضمن الوفود العربية للدول المشاركة فيه وكان الوفد الممثل لليمن مكون من عضوين فقط برئاسة الأخ اللواء عوض يحي يعيش رئيس مصلحة السجون اليمنية وعضوية رائد طبيب احمد عبدالعزيز نعمان بصفة مدير لأدارة الخدمات الطبية للسجون اليمنية حيث كانت المشاركة من قبل الوفد اليمني فعالة من ضمن ذلك أن حضرت الوفود من الدول العربية والشقيقة الأخرى هي المملكة الأردنية الهاشمية , مملكة البحرين , دولة قطر, دولة الكويت, جمهورية لبنان , العراق , كرستان, موريتانيا, الجزائر , مدير عام الخدمات الطبية للسجون من ليبيا, ... مدير الخدمات الطبية للسجون في دولة فلسطين, .
فكان مؤتمر عمان الأول عام 2012م والذي مثل اليمن من مصلحة السجون اليمنية حينها العقيد قاسم مدير عام الرعاية وتأهيل والأصلاح ولم يتمكن لنا المشاركة في ذلك المؤتمر وتم سفر الأخ المدير العام وقتها دون أن يشعرنا أو مشاركتنا بأي شيء بل خفية وفجاءة .
رغم أنه قد كان الأمر مشعرا بتوجيه من قبل الأخ اللواء ناصر علي الأخشع رئيس المصلحة في ذلك الوقت.
لم نعلم بعدها بأي معلومات أو ما تم نقاشه أو التعرض له, على الرغم من أننا طلبنا من اللجنة الدولية في مكتبها بصنعاء أعينا نسخة من أدبيات المؤتمر الأنف الذكر وللأستفادة مما جاء فيه أو ما تم التطرق له خاصة من قبل الوفد اليمني المشارك والذي شارك بمداخلة في هذا المؤتمر بأسم اليمن الأخ الدكتور غازي احم وكيل وزارة الصحة والسكان اليمنية و كما أشعرني بعدها بذلك الأخ المندوب الطبي للصليب باليمن الدكتور محمد عبدالرحمن مختار وأن المداخلة كانت جيدة ورائعة أل أننا وحتى الساعةلا نعلم ما جاء فيها أو لما تم التطرق له.
لما يتعلق بمداخلتنا في المؤتمر الثاني وأهم ما توجهنا به للجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر حينها وأكدنا عليه أن يتم عمل دراسة تقييمة لوضع الرعاية الصحية للسجون اليمنية من قبل المنظمة وتم الموافقة على ذلك من قبلهم وكما أكد على ذلك البروفيسور رائد رئيس السجون في اللجنة الدولية للصليب الأحمر بجنيف , وأنه سوف يتم تنفيذ طلبنا هذا في العام القادم ,
الأمر الذي لا يقل أهمية عن سابقة هو أن يتم عمل دورة تدريبية للعاملين في السجون اليمنية قبل ذلك في صنعاء لكافة العامليين في القطاع الصحي بالسجون اليمنية وكان أن شمل ذلك أيضا المدراء الأداريين للسجون,.
