Healthy employees are happier employees who are better able to reach their full potential. Promoting good health and providing a safe working environment are priorities for DFM. To achieve this, DFM complies all with local health and safety regulations and continually monitors and mitigates safety risks in our workplace. In addition to providing mandatory health and safety training to all employees, we require staff in certain positions to complete a Certified First Aid course.
