إذا صدر حكم قضائي بالتنفيذ على أسهم

إذا صدر حكم قضائي بالتنفيذ على أسهم أحد المساهمين فعلى مجلس الإدارة تبليغ باقي المساهمين بصدور القرار خلال (7) أيام من تاريخ عملهم بذلك، وتعطى الأولوية في شراء تلك الأسهم لباقي المساهمين في الشركة، وإذا لم يتقدم منهم لشرائها أو تعذر الاتفاق على السعر الذي ستباع به خلال مدة (30) ثلاثين يوماً من تاريخ صدور الحكم القطعي به، فتعرض الأسهم للبيع بالمزاد العلني ولكل مساهم في الشركة الدخول باسمه في المزاد على قدم المساواة مع الغير وشراء تلك الأسهم لنفسه.

النتائج (الإنجليزية) 1:
